A butcher’s favorite for a reason. Our dry-aged bavette steak is packed with bold, beefy flavor and a tender, loose grain that makes it perfect for grilling, pan-searing, or slicing for fajitas and steak salads. Best enjoyed cooked to medium-rare and sliced against the grain.
